2. Google: Used to list our Android app and for payment processing within the app.We utilize Google Ads and Google Analytics for ad serving and site analytics. Used for single sign-on login and signup functionality.
3. Apple: Used to list IOS app and for payment processing within the app. Used for single sign-on login and signup functionality.
4. Facebook/Meta: Used for single sign-on login and signup functionality.
5. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Google Firebase, DigitalOcean, DigitalOcean Spaces, Vultr. These providers all provide various aspects of the hosting and content generation services for BookGobble.
6. OpenAI serves certain functions in content validation, content generation, and user recommendations.
7. CloudFlare: Used to protect the site and app from various types of attacks and handle load balancing. Most user data passes through CloudFlare.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of alleged illegal activities or in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We may disclose any information, including personal information, about our users in order to comply with the law, to protect our rights or the rights of third parties, or in response to a legal process.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and we are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our European Union (EU) and Californian users. Assignment

If Content to Help sells or transfers all or substantially all of its assets or undergoes any other change in management or ownership control, your Personal Information may be among those assets that are transferred. Content to Help will ensure that the security measures set forth herein remain throughout the transition.

Dispute Resolution

By using the Website and/or Application, you agree to promptly notify Content to Help in writing of any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Website and/or Application or the Personal Information that is collected, processed, stored, retained, shared, transferred, or disposed of by Content to Help, and agree to work with Content to Help in good faith to promptly resolve such dispute or claim on reasonable terms. Target Audience

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
